Military Uniform Tunic Belt Hook

Design & Construction Features

• Dual Loop / Eyelet Attachment (Top): The two looped wire rings at the top are designed to sit inside or against the uniform material. They are stitched or wired into the seam, or passed through reinforced vertical vent holes/eyelets on the waist of the tunic.

• Drop Hook Arm (Bottom): The lower wide U-shaped bend extends outward and downward to cradle and support a heavy military waist belt or dress sash.

• Wire Material: Formed from durable nickel-plated steel or brass wire, designed to retain its spring shape under weight without bending or slipping.

How It Works

1. Installation: The looped ends are anchored onto or through the tunic's internal waist canvas/stitching at the side seams.

2. Support: The lower hook hangs down on the outside of the tunic.

3. Belt Alignment: When the waist belt (or cross belt) is buckled over the tunic, it rests directly inside the cradle of the hook, holding the belt securely at the natural waistline and preventing it from dragging or shifting during drill and parade maneuvers.
