Return & Exchange Policy

• Return Window: You can return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order.

• Item Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging.

• Custom & Embroidered Orders: Custom-made items, hand-embroidered banners, or personalized products are final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

• Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

• Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
